The GG030 Gunter Grossmann is a modern, mid-class articulated loader designed for intensive use in construction, agriculture, and the municipal sector. It combines a robust design, high performance, and precise control, ensuring reliability even in demanding working conditions.

Weichai Engine

The machine is equipped with a six-cylinder Weichai WP4.6NG135F670 diesel engine with a displacement of 4.58 L, generating 135 hp (99 kW) at 2200 rpm and a maximum torque of 610 Nm at 1300–1500 rpm. The unit complies with the Euro V emission standard, guaranteeing efficiency, fuel economy, and operational reliability.

Performance and Drive

With an operating weight of 8600 kg and a rated lifting capacity of 3500 kg, the loader handles the transport of heavy materials excellently. The 4×4 drive and Power Shift transmission with a wet clutch and torque converter ensure smooth gear shifts and operator comfort. The machine reaches speeds of up to 35 km/h forward and 28 km/h in reverse, offering 4 forward and 3 reverse gears.

Maneuverability and Mobility

The articulated design and a steering angle of 31.27° ensure high maneuverability in confined spaces. A turning radius of 6387 mm (with bucket) and 5780 mm (outside edge of the tire) enables efficient maneuvering even in difficult terrain. Additionally, a ground clearance of 434 mm facilitates operation on uneven surfaces.

Working Height and Reach

The GG030 offers a maximum hinge pin height of 3991 mm and a dump height of 3133 mm, allowing for efficient loading. A dump reach of 1461 mm and a maximum dump angle of 37.84° enable precise material handling in various working conditions.
