The JAPAN1000J mini excavator in its new, updated version is a compact machine weighing 1035 kg, designed for precise earthworks in confined spaces. Thanks to its adjustable width ranging from 750 to 950 mm, it performs excellently in narrow passages, private properties, gardens, and urban areas. It is ideal for trenching for utilities, foundations, fencing, as well as cleanup and leveling work.

Kubota D722 Engine – reliability and power

The machine is equipped with a 3-cylinder Kubota D722 diesel engine with a power output of 10.2 kW at 2500 rpm. This unit is known for its smooth operation, low fuel consumption, and high durability. As a result, the mini excavator ensures stable and efficient performance even under intensive use.

Advanced hydraulic system

The JAPAN1000J features a dual gear pump with a capacity of 25 l/min and a Load Sensing valve system, ensuring smooth, precise, and energy-efficient operation. A working pressure of 16 MPa provides sufficient force for demanding tasks, while a maximum traction force of 19 kN ensures good mobility in difficult terrain.

Precision and operator comfort

The mini excavator is equipped with ergonomic joysticks for intuitive and precise control. The swing boom (54° left / 59° right) significantly facilitates work along walls and obstacles, while expandable tracks increase stability and allow the machine to adapt to working conditions.

Compact dimensions and mobility

The total machine length is 3005 mm, height 2160 mm, and the width is adjustable between 750 and 950 mm. The rear swing radius is only 510 mm, enabling operation in very tight spaces. The rear ground clearance is 380 mm, with a minimum ground clearance of 140 mm, making it easier to move over uneven terrain. Tracks with a width of 180 mm and a length of 1330 mm provide stability and good traction.
