The GG2000T is a modern telescopic loader designed for intensive operations in construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. Equipped with a YUNNEI DEF20CAF4 engine rated at 55 kW (73.8 hp), it delivers high performance, low fuel consumption, and reliable operation in demanding conditions. The four-cylinder, water-cooled engine ensures stable performance at a nominal speed of 2,400 rpm.
Drivetrain and Running Gear
The YJ280 transmission provides two speed ranges: 8 km/h in first gear and 22 km/h in second gear. The drivetrain, with an output of 35–40 kW, works in conjunction with the hydraulic operating system to ensure smooth maneuverability. Pneumatic brakes serve as the service brake, while the flexible shaft brake functions as the parking brake. 16/70-20 tires ensure stability and good traction, with seasonally adjustable tire pressure for optimal performance.
Hydraulics and Operating Parameters
The hydraulic system, based on CBG1032 and CBG2040 pumps, operates at a working pressure of 16 MPa. The machine responds very quickly: 5.4 s lifting time, 4.5 s lowering time, and 1 s bucket dumping time. Control is provided by a BZZ-250 load-sensing system and a YXL-F160L-N7 priority valve. Maximum tractive force is 2,587 kgf, and bucket breakout force reaches 1,430 kgf.
